The Lochaven residential development is a planned community with numerous homeowner ammenities including a clubhouse, pool, fiteness center, and tennis courts.
Managing access to these facilities is simplified thanks to the managed access control system provided by Multiguard. This system allows remote property managers to easily issue physical or digital credentials to homeowners.
The tennis courts are also secured to insure only residents have access to them. This area of the property lacked power so our team constructed a complete solar solution to provide power in order for the tennis courts to be secured.
Pool House
Lochaven pool house with fitness center. Access to the facilities can be controlled by time of day and closing the pool for the off-season is simplified.
Pool Access Control
Controlling access to the pool area is simplified with remotely managed access control. In addition to physical credentials, residents also have the ability to use their smartphone for pool access.
Solar
Our design expertise allows us to provide solutions that solve problems. This small solar array provides the required power for the electronic access control system which saved thousands of dollar over alternative options.
Tennis Court
The Lochaven tennis courts were very popular with neighboring communities. Securing them insures they are available for the residents of Lochaven.
Clubhouse
Granting access to the clubhouse for residents that have reserved it is accomplished with a few mouse clicks.
